Will you be watching the World Cup? Want to help a charity? You can do both by entering the NHR World Cup Sweepstakes.

How To Enter

To enter simply click on the logo or click here.

The 48 teams taking part in the tournament will be randomly allocated to your entry and this will take place during a special programme live on NHR.

Get Your Team

If you can’t tune in on the night, we’ll contact you to tell you which team you have been allocated so you can follow your teams progress during the competition.

Winning and Charity Donation.

Then when it comes to the final on the 19th of July, the ‘owner’ of the winning team will win £30 with the losing finalist ‘owner’ winning £10, the remainder will go to NHR (A registered Charity 503781) so that we can continue to provide our service to the patients and staff of the City and QMC Hospitals as we have done for the past 50 years.  

The winner and runner-up will be notified after the final.

No correspondence will be entered into after the event.

Boots Orchestra Fundraising Concert

On the evening of Saturday 2nd March, at St Peter’s Church in Ruddington, The Boots Orchestra performed a charity concert of French classical music, in aid of Nottingham Hospitals’ Radio – kicking off NHR’s 50th Anniversary events for this special celebration year.

Despite wet and wintry conditions, the event was well-attended, and the concert itself was a great success.

This was the third time that Boots Orchestra had played in support of NHR, following previous concerts in 2015 and 2019. We would like to thank all who took part and helped to make it such a special night.
The event raised a fantastic total of £558.40 for NHR.

A massive thank you to everyone who took part, attended or donated.
