Nottingham Hospitals Radio is pleased to announce the launch of its new mobile phone app.
Available free of charge, the new NHR app provides direct access to the station’s live output, broadcasting 24 hours a day for patients, staff and the wider community.
The app’s main features include:
- Live listening to Nottingham Hospitals Radio
- Details of the programme and presenter currently on air
- A seven-day programme schedule
- A simple way to send song requests and messages directly to the studio
- Information about the charity and the different ways people can listen
Nottingham Hospitals Radio has been serving patients in Nottingham’s hospitals for more than 50 years. Run by a dedicated team of volunteers, the registered charity provides music, entertainment, sport, information and companionship to patients and staff across Nottingham University Hospitals.
